This is unlike any semi permanent hair colouring that you have ever experienced! It features a brilliant, almost transparent colour and shine, with a slight metallic shimmer. This product was developed after several years of wanting my own hair to look like that of an Anime character, and is the perfect hair colour choice for those who think outside this planet! It is made from vegetable based colours, with conditioners that leave hair silky smooth, with a wonderful sheen. Also, because it is a hair icing, with consecutive washing, it will rinse out a bit more completely than other semi permanent dyes do, which leaves you free to experiment with other colours in this line! Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive your product, in case the manufacturer is out of stock. In most cases, product will be delivered before the three week period. Please contact me, if you have any questions as to whether the item that you want is in stock, at the time of placing your order. Each order comes with an expanded instruction sheet for using this dye. If sheet is missing, do not use product.

Instructions: Shampoo hair with PH balanced shampoo. Rinse completely. Towel dry. Wear plastic gloves when applying. Use petroleum jelly around ears and hairline to prevent staining. Color will stain clothing, and other materials. Mix Anime Ice Hair Icing well, before applying. Apply desired amount, beginning 1/2 inch from scalp and working evenly throughout the hair until dye becomes frothy. Saturate hair completely. Leave on for one half hour [longer if a deeper tone is desired]. Keep checking progress every 15 minutes. Use of a heat lamp or plastic bag over hair will produce a deeper colouration. Rinse thoroughly, away from face and eyes. Rinse hair with vinegar immediately after colouring to cause more permanence. Colour will last between 2-6 weeks depending on colour used, frequency of washing, and condition of hair to which it is applied. For longer lasting colour, wash hair with diluted shampoo, in cool water.

Disclaimer: Not for internal use. Keep out of reach of pets and children. Best applied to bleached hair with no orange tones, or very light blonde hair. Unprocessed or orange toned hair may experience an unsatisfactory colour change. For use on scalp hair only. Keep out of eyes, and mucus membranes. Do not mix with peroxide or other substances.
