Please read the following section carefully before ordering. By ordering from this site [which includes filling out an order form], you are confirming that you read the following ordering policy, and agreeing to pay for your item[s] within the allotted time period [which begins on the date marked on your order form], by one of two payment options that we accept. All Sales Final. Please read item descriptions carefully, and ask any appropriate questions regarding an item that you are interested in, before placing an order.

Please note: for ANY order over 99.00, we will ONLY accept Postal Money Orders [NO EXCEPTIONS]

HOW TO ORDER

All one-of-a-kind items have a red link in the item title which you can click on to email us regarding the availability of [and/or any questions you may have about] that particular item. We will then advise you on the status of that item. If it is available and you wish to order it, we will ask you to fill out an order form so the item can be placed on hold for you, and get the package ready for shipping. Items are not placed on hold until we receive your completed order form, via email.

When you fill out the order form, please be sure to use your correct name and mailing address, as shipping labels are printed out as soon as we receive your completed order form, and the information is cut and pasted from your form, onto the shipping label. Please return your completed order form within 24 hours of item inquiry.

Special Order items such as those in the Raggedy Anime™ Ponyfalls, Hair Icing, T-Shirts, Messenger Bags and Tarot or Astrology categories have a link and/or order form on the specific page for order inquiries.

Payment Types accepted from United States of America Buyers:

1] Paypal: [Please wait for confirmation from us, after placing your order, as to what email address to send your Paypal payment to]. Paypal Payments, E-Check Payments and Credit Card Payments can ONLY be accepted through PayPal, and ONLY from Confirmed Paypal Addresses. Items will be shipped to the name and address of the person holding the confirmed account, and this information MUST match the name and address on the Credit Card. No exceptions! Also, for any order which is paid via Paypal, tracking and/or insurance are mandatory and will be automatically added to the total of your items. If you have any question about this, please refer to Paypal's Seller Policy Agreement.

2] Postal Money Orders: [you can ONLY get these at a US post office. At the time of this posting, the cost of a Postal Money Order is .90 cents]

Postal money orders: due within 7 days of returning order form. Paypal: payment or notification of pending payment is due within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing at the time of placing your order.
If you send in a payment after the allotted time period, and your item has been sold to someone else, your amount of payment will be used as credit towards merchandise on this site, for up to a 8 month period from the posted date of payment.

US Shipping/Insurance Rates:

Shipping quotes of 5.00 and above are sent via USPS Priority Mail for delivery in the US only, with delivery confirmation. Insurance is extra, and the cost is dependent on the final total of your order. We are not responsible for uninsured items that do not arrive and/or arrived damaged.

Shipping quotes of less than 5.00 are sent via USPS Parcel Post for delivery in the US only, with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for uninsured items that do not arrive and/or arrived damaged.

When an item states that shipping is 'INCLUDED, INC. or WITH', it reflects that the shipping cost for orders delivered in the United States only, has already been factored into the total cost of the item. 99.9% of the time, this means that the item will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, but

Prices for items and shipping prices on this website are listed in US dollars, and for shipping within the US only. International orders will be charged appropriate shipping fees, from the US, to the country where item is being shipped.

International Shipping/Insurance Rates:

If you live outside the United States, shipping prices are generally higher, and do not include tracking. Insurance is extra, and the cost is dependent on the final total and weight of your order. We are not responsible for uninsured items that do not arrive.

Please contact us for exact international shipping rates, as they vary slightly from country to country. We will only ship international orders via the following methods.

1] International Global Priority Mail : * e-mail for current rates*, not including insurance. We are not responsible for uninsured items that don't arrive. Items shipped via airmail usually arrive in 4 - 6 days from date of mailing.

2] International Global Express Mail : * e-mail for current rates* insurance included. If you pay internationally via Paypal this is the ONLY shipping method we offer. Items shipped via Global Express Mail usually arrive in 3-5 days from date of mailing.

Shipping schedule for US and International Buyers:

We normally ship items once per week [usually midweek], and your item will be mailed on the next scheduled shipping shipping date AFTER we receive your payment.
